This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that www.truck1.eu can obtain about the user while using the Website.

- The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
- Website – website www.truck1.eu.
- Website Administration – authorized Website management employees acting on behalf of Truck1 Sp. z O.O. (Poland), which organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
- Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
- Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
- Confidentiality of personal data is a requirement for the Website Administration or any other person who has access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
- User of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a legally capable individual who has acceded to the public offer agreement of Truck1 Sp. z O.O. (Poland) (located at https://www.truck1.eu/__v2013/Public%20offer.pdf) in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
- Cookies are a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time they try to open a page on the corresponding Website.
- IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The User's use of the Website constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
- In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.
- This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Website does not control and is not responsible for third party Websites that the User can access via links available on the Website.
- The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Website User.

SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
- This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration when registering on the Website or when performing other actions through the Website.
- Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a registration form or performing other actions on the Website and may include the following information:
- Last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
- Date of birth of the User;
- User's phone number;
- User's email address (e-mail);
- Published ads, enquiries sent via ad pages, data the User provides in such enquiries, including leasing or credit requests, vehicle wanted enquiries, shipping and inspection enquiries;

- User’s communication with the Website Administration and employees;

- Statistics on User’s page views, referral URL, viewed ad data, IP address, User’s history of browsing the Website;
- Information from cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers, etc.;
- Information the User shares with social networks (including the case when the User connects his/her account with social networks) – these social networks may give automatic access to some personal information;

- The Website protects data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages on which the system’s statistical script (“pixel”) is installed:

- information about the browser (or other program that provides access to display advertising);

METHODS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
- The processing of User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
- The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s request on the Website.
- User's personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities of Poland and the EU only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Poland.
- In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
- The Website administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
- The Website administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
- The User is obliged to:
- Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Website.
- Update, supplement the provided information about personal data if this information changes
- The Website administration is obliged to:
- Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
- Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clause 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
- Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User's personal data in the manner typically used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
- Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request from the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
- The Website Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Poland and the EU (GPRD), except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
- In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
- It became public knowledge before it was lost or disclosed;
- Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration;
- Disclosed with the consent of the User.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary resolution of the dispute).
- The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
- If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Poland.
- The current legislation of the EU and Poland applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

WARRANTY
- The Website administration protects personal information using all available security measures to reduce the risk of a security breach.
- The Website administration stores personal information for as long as necessary to provide services or fulfill legal obligations. This is followed by the secure deletion of this information.
- The user can object to the processing of personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. (Please note that this will affect your ability to access some of our services). The user can withdraw his consent by contacting the Website Administration, clearly indicating his data and the problem.
- Upon request, the Website Administration will provide a copy of the user’s personal data in an easy-to-read form, in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR. By User’s request, Website Administration corrects the information in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.
- The User can access and correct their personal information at any time by logging into their account. The User has the right to know what personal data the Website Administration stores (Article 15 of the GDPR).

ADDITIONAL TERMS
- The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
- The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
