1. Definitions:
   • "the Owner" - Truck1 Sp. Z O.O., Aleje Jerozolimskie 85/21, Warsaw, Poland; registered number: 7011085742;
   • "the Website" and "the Websites" – any website or websites which are property of the Owner
   • "a Customer" - a company advertising goods or services on the Owners’ websites; also a company potentially interested in advertising on the Owners’ websites;
2. These Terms and Conditions manage relations between the Owner of this Website and users of this Website. Any visitor of this Website viewing or using information placed on this Website in any way by doing so unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree to these Terms and Conditions – please leave immediately.
3. The Owner publishes advertising offers of their Customers on the Websites. The Owner's service is limited to providing business leads to the parties interested (buyers, sellers, providers of additional services). The Owner does not serve as an intermediary, an agent or a representative of any person who is using information placed on the Websites; the Owner only provides other parties with information on goods offered and contacts of the parties interested.
4. Any person may apply for publication of offers on the Owner's Websites, however specific amount and the way of publication must first be approved by the Owner.
5. The Owner reserves the right to offer individual prices for publication to every separate Customer.
6. The Owners’ databases are protected by copyright laws and all applicable international agreements and conventions about copyright protection.
7. Business relations between the Owner and their Customers are built on a basis of the public offer. Specific conditions for each Customer are fixed in the corresponding invoice issued by the Owner. A Customer expresses unconditional consent with the Owner's public offer by the way of paying the correspondent invoice issued by the Owner.
8. A Customer publishing advertisements on the Owners’ Websites by doing so confirms that information in their advertisements is correct and checked by this Customer immediately after publication. If this Customer has claims to the Owner concerning published advertisement, they contact the Owner in 24 hours from the initial publication. If no claims were received by the Owner in the mentioned period of time, it is considered that a Customer agrees with the way the mentioned advertisements were published.
9. By giving consent to publish advertisements on the Owners’ Websites, a Customer confirms that information and data in the mentioned advertisement is property and responsibility of the mentioned Customer. The Owner is not responsible for contents of the Customers’ advertisement.
10. By giving consent to publish advertisement on the Owners’ Websites, any Customer agrees that the Owner is empowered to use all information contained in Customers’ advertisements in any way meant for promotion of these advertisements, including but not limited to: publishing this advertisement on any Owners’ Websites and third-party websites, using this information in advertising campaigns, pay-per-click campaigns, social networks, Owners’ negotiations with other parties, etc. It includes any information given by a Customer to the Owner, including vehicles, descriptions, Customer details such as name, address, logotypes, etc.
11. The Owner is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by incomplete publication of advertisements or for usage of this information by third parties.
12. When putting online, the Owner reserves the right (but not obliged) to make Customers’ advertisements available via database of offers of vehicles for lease. In case a Customer decides to remove their advertisements from vehicles to lease, they should contact the Owner in any way and directly express their wish to be removed. Correspondent advertisements are removed upon approval of the Owner’s representative.
13. These Terms and Conditions may be changed by the Owner without any prior notification to any parties involved.
14. These Terms and Conditions come in force at 01.01.2024 and will remain valid until canceled or modified by the Owner.
