1. RAHMEN
- RAHMEN !!! LIGHT CHASSIS !!! Die I-Träger vom Rahmen sind zusammengestellt aus einem doppelten "T"-Profil. Zwei vollautomatisch verschweißte I-Längsträger mit voll verschweißten Querträgern (hochwertige Legierung). Rahmen in flacher Ausführung. Chassisbreite 1400 mm. Die Flanschbreite von den I-Trägern ist 200 mm. Oben 15 mm stark, unten 12 mm stark. Verschweißte Querträger mit extra Verstärkung am Kippdrehpunkt, um eine Maximalstabilität zu erreichen.
- Die genaue Sattelhöhe ist 1175mm.

- Die erste und die dritte Achse sind automatische Liftachsen. (automatisches Heben bei Leerfahrt, automatisches Senken beim Beladen). Die Liftachsen wirden über das EBS-E System gesteuert. Beide Achsen liften separat. Die dritte Achse ist mit OPTITURN ausgestattet.
- Automatisch absenken der Luftfederung beim Kippvorgang. Die Tür-Verschlußhaken werden automatisch geöffnet beim Kippvorgang (sperrbar mittels Hahn am Rahmen).

- Hecktür 2/3 (links) - 1/3 (rechts) ausgeführt in 4 mm Alublech und Verstärkungsprofilen.
