3.1 Performance of the whole

3.1.1 Chassis：This truck-mounted concrete pump adopts BENZ chassis.

3.1.2 Intelligent & safe placing control technology: established as a reference standard for the intelligent control of truck-mounted concrete pump with long booms.

It is developed based on CIFA supreme intelligent control technology of K-tronic® (optional) and combined with domestically specific operation habits and conditions.

3.1.3 Intelligent damping technology

By means of intelligent damping technology, the pumping frequency is controlled so that the boom vibration is reduced by 50% compared with previous vehicles of the same specifications.

3.1.4 Second-generation soft reversing technology

By monitoring the pumping conditions, the reversing parameters are continuously adjusted to reduce the reversing impact, improve the stability and extend service life of wear parts.

3.1.5 High-efficient and large output technology

Zoomlion truck-mounted concrete pump of large output is superior to the rival by 30m3 , the output for vehicles with boom length of beyond 52m is 200 m3 , and 180 m3 for 40-50m vehicles, which are globally first in the industry.

3.1.6 Intelligent anti-plugging technology

The distribution system automatically selects proper control mode according to material conditions, thus the plugging probability is minimized by at least 40%.

3.1.7 New control technology of X-outrigger

Separated cylinders are equipped to actuate each level of outriggers in a sequence, improving the reliability of the mechanism, and greatly reducing the fault rate. It has years of successful applications in Europe and is commended for its stable and reliable performance, compact structure, low fault rate and easy maintenance, and the maintenance cost in later period is very low, without concerns about the costs caused by renewal of drag chain, chain, etc.

3.2 Boom system

3.3.1 The pumping unit optimize design by ZOOMLION: when the suction area and stroke have increased,it can make the suction efficiency achieve to over 80% of the academic numerical value and higher 10%-15% than trade.

3.3.2 Control technology for the whole stroke：it can make piston stroke of pumping cylinder arrive location, at the sane time piston stroke of concrete cylinder can arrive location, and has higher suction efficiency.
